• disable JavaScript and HTML in Your mail software
• disable auto-preview in Your mail software
• check for updates regularly
• use non-standard mail software (trojans are often written to bypass a security of a most popular software)
• Install anti-virus and anti-spyware software.
• Don’t give your e-mail address when you don’t have to.
